摘要 抗菌剂加入到陶瓷釉料后,陶瓷的工艺性能会发生很大的变化,本篇论文就以陶瓷为研究对象,对抗菌概念、类型进行了分析,制备了铕掺杂的抗菌陶瓷釉料,讨论了各个因素对抗菌性能的影响,寻找到最佳烧制曲线,发现随着抗菌剂用量的增多,扫描电镜显示陶瓷的表观形貌更加粗糙,因此抗菌剂的添加量一定要小于10%;添加8%的抗菌剂,能使陶瓷抗大肠杆菌的效果达到99.8%。 After adding antibacterial agents to ceramic glaze, the technological properties of ceramics will change greatly.Taking ceramics as the research object, the concept and types of antibacterial agents were analyzed, and antibacterial ceramic glaze doped with europium was prepared. The effects of various factors on antibacterial properties were discussed, and the best firing curve was found, Scanning electron microscopy showed that the surface morphology of the ceramics was coarser, so the amount of antibacterial agent must be less than 10%. Adding 8% antibacterial agent, the anti Escherichia coli effect of ceramic can reach 99.8%.
