抗菌剂加入到陶瓷釉料后,陶瓷的工艺性能会发生很大的变化,本篇论文就以陶瓷为研究对象,对抗菌概念、类型进行了分析,制备了铕掺杂的抗菌陶瓷釉料,讨论了各个因素对抗菌性能的影响,寻找到最佳烧制曲线,发现随着抗菌剂用量的增多,扫描电镜显示陶瓷的表观形貌更加粗糙,因此抗菌剂的添加量一定要小于10%;添加8%的抗菌剂,能使陶瓷抗大肠杆菌的效果达到99.8%。
