2,2-联吡啶的合成工艺研究

摘要 以直径Al_(2)O_(3)为载体负载的Pd-Ni合金催化剂,固定床为反应器,采用吡啶合成2,2-联吡啶。系统的考察了Pd含量、Ni含量,催化剂用量、原材料摩尔比、反应温度的影响,筛选出合适的反应条件。反应的最优条件为Pd含量25%,Ni含量7.6%,反应温度500℃条件下,催化剂用量7%条件下,此时2,2-联吡啶的收率达40.9%。该工艺操作简单,安全性高,收率高,适合工业化生产。 2,2-BIPYRIDINE was synthesized from pyridine in a fixed bed reactor using PD Ni alloy catalyst supported on Al_(2)O_(3). The effects of Pd content, Ni content, catalyst dosage, molar ratio of raw materials and reaction temperature were systematically investigated, and the suitable reaction conditions were selected. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: Pd content 25%, Ni content 7.6%, reaction temperature 500 ℃, catalyst dosage 7%. The yield of 2,2-BIPYRIDINE was 40.9%. The process has the advantages of simple operation, high safety and high yield, which is suitable for industrial production.
