摘要
树脂工厂需要大量使用丁酮作为有机溶剂生产溶剂型色漆或底漆,使用过后的丁酮废液含有水和其他溶剂。该废液如直接焚烧,不仅浪费原材料还浪费大量热量。本文对工业用间歇精馏回收工艺做了简单介绍,对塔釜充填过程、加压脱水过程、减压回收、中间馏分排放、产品收集及停车等各个间歇操作过程做了探讨和总结。同时对主要设备如精馏塔、塔釜再沸器、塔顶冷凝器的设计要点进行了探讨。
A large amount of 2-butanone was used in resin plant to produce solvent base coat and primer coat. MEK waste liquid after using contains other solvent and water. It results in raw material and heat wasting if it is incinerated directly. Process flow diagram of recycling MEK in batch distillation was introduced. The main operating procedure including tower bottom filling, pressurized dehydration, discharge of middle distillate, product collection, shut down, and so on, were discussed and summared. And the design basis of main equipment, including distillation tower, bottom reboiler of the tower and condenser on top of tower, used in batch distillation to recycle MEK was discussed.
