摘要
针对高等院校基础生物化学实验课程中存在污染环境、课程体系无法满足时代发展需求等问题,提出合理的建议和初步的教学改革探讨。课程改革过程中强调以绿色环保理念为指导思想,实验教学模式从培养学生的创新能力和探索精神出发,实验教学考核办法着重培养学生发现问题并解决问题的能力。通过对生物化学实验内容进行整合与调整,建立新的实验课程体系,能够从源头上减少对环境污染,拓展学生的科研视野,激发学生的科研兴趣,满足培养新时代高素质人才的需求。
Based on the problems of basic Biochemistry experiment course in colleges and universities such as it brought environmental pollution and unable met the call of the times, reasonable suggestions and preliminary discussion on teaching reform were put forward. In the course reform, the concept of green environmental protection was emphasized as the guiding ideology, the experimental teaching mode started from cultivating students’ innovation ability and exploration spirit, and the experimental teaching assessment method focused on cultivating students’ ability to find and solve problems. Through the integration and adjustment of biochemical experiment content, the establishment of a new experimental curriculum system can reduce environmental pollution from the source, expand students’ scientific research vision, stimulate students’ interest in scientific research, and meet the needs of training high-quality talents in the new era.
