2017—2020年青海省不同级别医疗机构消毒质量监测与探讨

The quality monitoring and discussion of disinfection in some medical institutions in Qinghai Province from 2017 to 2020

目的了解2017—2020年青海省部分医疗机构消毒状况,为改进落实医疗机构消毒与感染控制相关措施提供依据。方法2017—2020年每两年固定选取青海省3家不同级别医疗机构进行医疗器械清洗消毒灭菌效果、医务人员手卫生、医疗机构环境微生物污染和消毒效果现场监测和实验室检测,并进行整理分析。结果2017—2020年青海省共监测样品1638份,合格1478份,总体合格率为90.23%。三级、二级、一级医疗机构样品监测合格率分别为95.14%、84.35%、92.54%。不同年份消毒质量监测合格率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.187,P>0.05),但不同级别医疗机构消毒质量差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=48.157,P<0.05)。结论青海省不同级别医疗机构消毒质量控制情况总体较好,但基层医疗机构仍需进一步加强消毒与感染控制,保护患者就医安全。

Objective To understand the disinfection status of selected medical institutions in Qinghai Province from 2017 to 2020 to provide a basis for improving the implementation of measures realted to disinfection and infection control in medical institutions.Methods From 2017 to 2020,three different medical institutions in Qinghai Province were regularly selected every two years for on-site monitoring and laboratory testing of the effectiveness of cleaning and sterilisation of medical devices,hand hygiene of medical staff,microbiological contaminatio and disinfection of the medical institution environmemt,and for collation and analysis.Results From 2017 to 2020,a total of 1638 samples were monitored,and 1478 were qualified.With an overall qualification rate was 90.23%.The sample monitoring qualification rates of tertiary,secondary and primary medical institutions were 95.14%,84.35%,and 92.54%,respectively.There was no statistical significance in quality monitoring of disinfection in different years(χ^(2)=4.187,P>0.05),but the difference in disinfection quality between levels of health care facilities was statistically significant(χ^(2)=48.157,P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control of disinfection in different levels of medical institutions in Qinghai Province is generally good,but the basic medical institutions should further to strengthen the control of disinfection and infection in hospitals and protect the safety of patients.
