海南州医务人员鼠疫防控知识掌握情况调查

Investigation on acquisition details of knowledge for plague prevention and control among medical workers in Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Hainan

目的掌握海南州州、县、乡三级医疗卫生机构医务人员对鼠疫防控知识的了解情况,提出培训策略,进一步提升全州鼠疫防控能力和水平。方法设计调查问卷,随机抽取海南州州、县、乡三级医院医务人员、疾控中心工作人员、卫生监督所执法人员,利用调查问卷进行现场作答,汇总分析。结果共收回有效问卷104份,及格人数100人,及格率为96.2%。平均得分为(76.30±11.45),其中疾控中心与医院(q=2.12,P<0.05)、疾控中心与卫生监督所(q=2.06,P<0.05)、疾控中心与乡镇卫生院(q=3.22,P<0.01)、州级与乡镇级(q=2.86,P<0.01)、州所属与共和县(q=2.46,P<0.05)、州所属与贵德县(q=2.04,P<0.05)、州所属与贵南县(q=2.76,P<0.01)、州所属与同德县(q=3.18,P<0.01)、兴海县与同德县(q=2.05,P<0.05)之间差异均有统计学意义。结论海南州州、县、乡三级医疗卫生机构医务人员对鼠疫防控知识掌握情况良好,但不同机构之间存在一定的差异。今后要加大基层医疗卫生机构的培训力度,完善省、州(市)、县、乡、村五级鼠疫信息报告网,有效控制人间鼠疫的发生和远距离传播。

Objective To understand acquisition details of knowledge for plague prevention and control among medical institutions and medical staff workers from hospitals on three-tiered levels including the prefecture,country and town in Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Hainan,and to raise training strategies to further improve the plague prevention&control capacity and level across Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Hainan.Methods The questionnaire was designed,and medical workers from hospitals on three-tiered levels including the prefecture,country and town,workers from the center for disease control and prevention(CDC)and law enforcement officers from the health inspection in Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Hainan were randomly selected;and the questionnaire was used for on-site answering and summary analysis.Results A total of 104 valid questionnaires were recovered,100 of questionnaire respondents with the pass rate of 96.2%was conforming.The average score was(76.30±11.45),and the differences between the CDC and hospital(q=2.12,P<0.05),CDC and health inspection(q=2.06,P<0.05),CDC and town health center(q=3.22,P<0.01),prefecture level and town level(q=2.86,P<0.01),affiliated prefecture and Gonghe County(q=2.46,P<0.05),affiliated prefecture and Guide County(q=2.04,P<0.05),affiliated prefecture and Guinan County(q=2.76,P<0.01),affiliated prefecture and Tongde County(q=3.18,P<0.01)as well as Xinghai County and Tongde County(q=2.05,P<0.05)were statistically significant.Conclusion The medical workers from medical institutions on three-tiered levels including the prefecture,country and town in Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Hainan have satisfactory mastery plague prevention and control knowledge,while there are some differences between different authorities.It is required to tighten the training force on workers from grassroots medical institutions and improve the plague information reporting network at the provincial,prefecture(municipality)county,township and village levels future,with the aim of effectively inhibiting the occurrence and long-distance spread of human plague.
