“醒脑开窍”针刺法治疗中风病的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of "xingnao Kaiqiao" acupuncture on apoplexy

目的:观察基层医院运用"醒脑开窍"针刺法治疗中风病的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年12月~2020年12月在浙江省金华市3家基层中医院康复科住院治疗的160例中风病患者,并随机分为观察组(80例)和对照组(80例),观察组予醒脑开窍针刺法+康复训练,对照组予传统针刺法+康复训练,治疗30次后,运用中医证候积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和残障指数巴氏指数(BI)积分评价两组治疗效果和功能恢复情况。结果:两组NIHSS评分和中医证候积分均低于治疗前,残障指数巴氏指数积分则高于治疗前;观察组总有效率为96.25%,高于对照组的83.75%;观察组显效率为40.00%,高于对照组的23.75%(P<0.05)。结论:"醒脑开窍"针刺法治疗中风病效果明显,能更快促进肢体功能恢复,在基层医院推广具有重要意义。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of "Xing Nao Kai Qiao" acupuncture in basic hospitals in the treatment of stroke.Methods:From October 2019 to December 2020,160 stroke patients were hospitalized in the rehabilitation department of 3 primary Chinese hospitals in Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province. They were randomly divided into an observation group of 80 cases and a control group of 80 cases.The observation group was treated with refreshing Resuscitation acupuncture + rehabilitation training,the control group re-ceived traditional acupuncture + rehabilitation training,all patients included in the study were treated for 30 times,using TCM syndrome score,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and disability index Pap index(BI) points were used to evaluate the treatment effect and functional recovery of the two groups of patients. Results:The NIHSS score and TCM syndrome scores of the Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture group and the traditional acupuncture group were lower than before treatment,and the disability index Pap index score was higher than before treatment. The total effective rate of observation group was 96.25%, higher than that of control group83.75%;The significant rate(40.00%)of the observation group was higher than 23.75% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The "Xing Nao Kai Qiao" acupuncture method is effective in the treatment of apoplexy,which can promote the recovery of patients’ limb function more quickly. It is of great significance to popularize and apply it in primary hospitals.
