民族地区乡村幼儿园教师专业发展支持体系现状与优化--以L市M县“一村一幼”辅导员为例

摘要 教师素养是保障教育质量的关键因素。“一村一幼”辅导员专业素养的提升是四川省民族地区农村学前教育有质、优质发展的重要保障。L市M县“三级五线”村幼辅导员专业发展支持体系相对完善,对其他地区农村幼儿园教师的专业发展具有借鉴意义。本研究在介绍该支持体系,的基础上进一步分析其存在的问题,并从“三级”重心下移、“五线”协同推进等方面提出优化建议。 Teachers' quality is the key factor to ensure the quality of education.The improvement of“One Village,One Kindergarten”counselors1 professional quality is an important guarantee for having quality and even high-quality development of rural preschool education in ethnic areas of Sichuan Province.The“three-level and five lines”support system of professional development for the rural kindergarten counselors of L City and M County is relatively well developed and can be used as a reference for other rural areas.Based on the introduction of the support system,this paper farther analyzed the existing problems and also puts forward optimization ideas from the aspects of moving down the“three-level”focus and cooperating with the“five lines”
