摘要
广西百色市右江河谷台地区是百色市人口最集中、耕地较连片、土地较肥沃的区域,是国家级特色产业基地。由于区域降雨时空分布不均,灌区沿江田高水低,造成大部分农田、果园无可靠灌溉水源,属于广西三大旱片之一的桂西北旱片,历史上曾多次进行规划和建设,均未能彻底解决右江河谷大面积灌溉问题。为了解决该区域干旱缺水问题,本文在总结百色市右江河谷台地区灌溉历史经验的基础上,根据区域独特的地形地貌、特色产业结构、水源等特点,结合当地乡村振兴发展需求、水利现代化发展目标、国家节水技术发展需求,对区域的灌溉范围及面积、灌溉骨干水源、灌溉方式等灌溉方案进行研究,通过多方案技术经济比选,提出灌溉面积、水源、灌溉方式方面的意见和建议。
Youjiang River valley terrace area is the region of Baise City with most concentrated population and the cultivated land being relatively contiguous and fertile. It is also the national characteristic industrial base. The spatial and temporal distribution of regional rainfall is uneven and the land along the river is higher than the water surface, which leads to most farmland and orchard have no reliable irrigation water source. Youjiang River valley belongs to Northwest Guangxi drought area, one of the three major drought areas of Guangxi. Planning and construction have been carried out many times in history, but the problem of large-area irrigation in the Youjiang River valley has not been solved completely. In order to solve the drought and water shortage problem in Youjiang River valley terrace area, based on a summarization of the irrigation historical experience, according to the regional landform and topography, characteristic industrial structure and water source features, combined with the needs of local rural revitalization and development, the development goal of water conservancy modernization and the development requirements of national water-saving technology, the author studied the irrigation scheme and gave suggestions for irrigation scope and area, key irrigation water sources and irrigation mode after a technical and economic comparison of multiple schemes.
