洋溪水利枢纽河流岸坡地权属界定方案研究

Study of ownership definition scheme of river bank slope for Yangxi Hydropower Project

对洋溪水利枢纽工程河流岸坡地的权属界定提出了3种不同处理方案。分析了不同方案的利弊,并提出了实施建议,有利于推进洋溪水利枢纽工程初步设计阶段分解到户工作,同时也为地方政府对河流岸坡地权属的界定及出台有关政策文件提供给了参考依据。

Three schemes were put forward for the ownership definition of river bank slope of Yangxi Hydropower Project. The author put forward the implementation suggestions based on analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of these three schemes, which is conducive to promote the household work at the preliminary design stage of Yangxi Hydropower Project, and is able to provide reference basis for local government to conduct ownership definition of river bank slope and issue relevant policy documents.
