程氏束针刺营法治疗痰瘀互结证慢性扁桃体炎伴鼾症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Cheng’s Bundle Acupuncture and Ying Method in the Treatment of Chronic Tonsillitis with Snoring of Syndrome of Intermingled Phlegm and Blood Stasis

目的探讨程氏束针刺营法对痰瘀互结证慢性扁桃体炎伴鼾症的治疗作用。方法选取2019年6月—2020年12月江西康宁医院住院与门诊收治的60例痰瘀互结证慢性扁桃体炎伴鼾症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组30例。对照组予以中药加味会厌逐瘀汤治疗,治疗组予以束针刺营法治疗,对2组治疗前后多导睡眠监测的呼吸暂停-低通气指数(AHI)、夜间最低血氧饱和度(LSP0_(2))以及睡眠呼吸最长暂停和低通气时间变化进行定量分析。结果治疗前2组AHI、LSP0_(2)以及睡眠呼吸最长暂停和低通气时间对比,差异无统计学意义;治疗后,2组AHI、睡眠呼吸最长暂停和低通气时间低于治疗前,LSP0_(2)高于治疗前;治疗组AHI、睡眠呼吸暂停和低通气时间评分低于对照组(P<0.05),LSP0_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组症状、体征明显改善,优于对照组。结论对于痰瘀互结证慢性扁桃体炎伴鼾症患者,采用“束针刺营”外治技术可改善患者呼吸睡眠状态,改善咽部的炎症,增强口咽软组织的紧张度,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Cheng’s bundle acupuncture and ying method on the clinical research of chronic tonsillitis with snoring of syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.Methods Sixty patients with chronic tonsillitis and snoring who were admitted to Jiangxi Kangning Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 inpatient and outpatient department were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine modified Huiyan Zhuyu decoction,and the treatment group was treated with Cheng’s bundle acupuncture and ying method.The two groups were treated with polysomnography before and after treatment with apnea-hypopnea index(AHI)and night minimum blood oxygen saturation(LSP0_(2)).And quantitative analysis of changes in sleep apnea and hypopnea time was carried out.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in AHI,LSP0_(2),and sleep apnea and hypopnea time between the two groups.After treatment,the two groups’AHI,sleep apnea and hypopnea time were lower than before treatment,and LSP0_(2)was higher than before treatment.The scores of AHI,sleep apnea and hypopnea time in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and LSP0_(2)was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The symptoms and signs of the treatment group were significantly improved,which was better than the control group.Conclusion For patients with chronic tonsillitis with snoring syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,the use of Cheng’s bundle acupuncture and ying method external treatment technique can improve the patient’s breathing and sleep state,improve the inflammation of the pharynx,enhance the tension of the oropharyngeal soft tissue,and improve the clinical effect.
