围刺阴陵泉治疗膝关节鹅足区运动性损伤疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Encircling Needing Yinlingquan(SP9)in the Treatment of Sports Injury in Pesanserinus of Knee Joint

目的观察围刺阴陵泉治疗膝关节鹅足区运动性损伤的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—6月收治的72例患者为研究对象,并随机分为针药结合研究组38例和西药组34例,通过7~10 d的临床治疗,记录疾病治愈率、好转率、总有效率和无效率。结果针药结合研究组对于膝关节鹅足区运动性损伤的治疗疗效明显优于西药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组7~10 d治愈率68.4%,无效率5%,总有效率94.74%;西药组的7~10 d治愈率44.1%,无效率29.4%,总有效率70.58%;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围刺阴陵泉治疗膝关节运动性损伤既符合中医的经筋治疗理论,又符合西医的鹅足区运动损伤治疗体系,该疗法操作简便、安全、有效,在临床中的筋经病证治疗中屡获良效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of encircling needing Yinlingquan(SP9)in the treatment of sports injury in pesanserinus of knee joint.Methods From January to June 2020,72 patients were treated as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the research group of 38 cases and the western medicine group of 38 cases.Through 7~10 days of clinical treatment,the cure rate,improvement rate,total effective rate and ineffective rate of the disease were recorded.Results The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on athletic injuries in pesanserinus of the knee joint was significantly better than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).After 7~10 days of treatment,in the study group,the cure rate was 68.4%,the ineffective rate was 5%,and the total effective rate was 94.74%.In the western medicine group,the cure rate was 44.1%,the ineffective rate was 29.4%,and the total effective rate was 70.58%;It was statistically significant the difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Encircling needing Yinlingquan(SP9)in the treatment of sports injury in pesanserinus of knee joint is not only in line with the meridian treatment theory of traditional Chinese medicine,but also in line with the pesanserinus athletic injuries treatment system of western medicine.The treatment is simple,safe and effective,and has repeatedly achieved good results of tendon meridian diseases in clinical practice.
