猪苓汤合四逆散治疗肾结石的思考

Thoughts on Proved Case of Zhuling Decoction and Sini Powder in Treating Kidney Stones

肾结石为临床常见泌尿系疾病,其发病多引起疼痛,为患者生活带来极大不适。猪苓汤、四逆散均出自《伤寒论》,临床上两方合用治疗肾结石具有一定疗效。现从肾结石病因病机及症状入手,对猪苓汤和四逆散的药物作用进行分析,并举此法治疗肾结石的案例,指出两方合用具有调畅气机、利水通淋、缓急止痛的作用,对治疗肾结石病具有重要意义,为此病的治疗提供一定的思路。

Kidney stones are common clinical urinary tract diseases,which often cause pain and bring great discomfort to patients’ lives.Zhuling decoction and Sini powder are both from Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and the combination of the two prescriptions has certain effects of the treatment of kidney stones. Starting from the etiology,pathogenesis and symptoms of kidney stones,the drug effects of Zhuling decoction and Sini powder were analyzed,and a case of treatment of kidney stones was given as an example. It is pointed out that the combination of the two prescriptions has the advantages of regulating the flow of energy,promoting water and leaching,and relieving pain. It plays an important role in the treatment of kidney stone disease and provides a certain reference to the treatment of this disease.
