混合痔术后中医综合护理临床观察

Evaluation on the Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoid after Operation

目的观察中医综合护理对混合痔术后患者的临床效果,并探讨其作用机制。方法选择抚顺市中医院2019年1月1日—2020年6月31日收治的符合纳入标准、混合痔诊断标准,并进行混合痔外剥内扎术的82例住院患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规护理组与综合护理组,每组41例,观察术后疼痛、水肿、首次排便时间等情况。结果2组患者对于护理均较满意,其中综合护理组总满意率为92.68%,明显优于常规护理组(P<0.01);术后第3天、第7天疼痛评分显著降低(P<0.01);缓解术后第7天肛缘水肿疗效显著(P<0.01);首次排便时间明显缩短(P<0.01);在2组护理过程中均未有不良事件发生。结论中医综合护理对于防治混合痔术后并发症,缓解患处局部疼痛及水肿有较好的疗效,且安全性良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation,and to explore its mechanism.Methods Eighty-two inpatients who met the inclusion criteria and diagnostic criteria of mixed hemorrhoids and underwent external dissection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids in Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2019 to June 31,2020 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group,with 41 cases in each group.Postoperative pain,edema and first defecation time were observed.Results Both groups were satisfied with nursing care,and the total satisfaction rate of comprehensive nursing group was 92.68%,which was significantly better than that of routine nursing group(P<0.01).Pain score decreased significantly on the 3 rd and 7 th day after operation(P<0.01).The effect of relieving anal edema on the 7 th day after operation was significant(P<0.01).The first defecation time was significantly shortened(P<0.01),and no adverse events occurred in the nursing process of the two groups.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine is effective and safe in preventing and treating postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids and relieving local pain and edema in affected areas,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
