帕金森病阳虚相关证候的研究进展

Research Progress on Syndromes Related to “Yang Deficiency” in Parkinson’s Disease

帕金森病是一种临床常见的神经系统变性疾病。临床治疗往往着重于阴虚风动论治,忽视了“阳虚”这一重要病理变化。近年来有医家从“阳虚”角度出发论治此病取得较好的临床疗效,对临床诊疗具有重要指导意义。此文就近5年关于帕金森病“阳虚”相关证候的研究进展作一综述,分别从临床研究、医家经验、动物模型实验研究等方面进行阐述,以便医者查阅,为帕金森病的病机研究及临床治疗提供新思路。

Parkinson’s disease is a common neurodegenerative disease. The clinical treatment usually focuses on the wind-induced treatment of yin deficiency,ignoring the important pathological change of yang deficiency. In recent years,many doctors have attached great importance to yang deficiency,as an important pathological factor of Parkinson’s disease. Treatments of warming yang have achieved a good clinical effect,which has an important guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. In this paper,research progress on syndromes related to yang deficiency of Parkinson’s disease in the recent 5 years was reviewed from clinical research,medical experience,animal model experimental research and other aspects,aiming to provide new ideas and reference for the pathogenesis research and clinical treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
