Personnel Training Strategies for Connecting Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Colleges in Shaanxi Province

中高职衔接是建设现代化职业教育体系的重要内容。本文以陕西省人才培养现状为研究对象,分析陕西省中高职衔接人才培养中存在的问题,在此基础上,对中高职人才培养衔接路径进行了系统研究,以期为陕西省中高职衔接人才培养提供建设思路。

This paper takes the status of personnel training in Shaanxi Province as the research object,and analyzes the problems in the linkup of secondary schools and higher vocational colleges.Then,a systematic study is conduc・ted on the training strategies,which will serve as examples for the personnel training of linking secondary schools and higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province.
