1+X证书制度是我国职业教育所发展改革的新方向,必须受到我国职业教育高校的高度关注。为了进一步促进、推动我国教育新时期改革发展需求,培养全能型尖端人才,1+X证书制度十分符合职业教育与社会岗位对接的实际需求,该制度能够为职业学校创造出更多的教育选择空间与时间,并根据市场实际需求,制定学生发展战略,创造性的将职校教育与社会岗位进行对接,在丰富了职校教育的多面性的同时,使得职校教育更具实践意义,以此来激发学生的学习兴趣,提高职校教育与学生学习的整体质量,让二者都能够在1+X证书制度下受益'基于此,笔者结合自身数年参与职业高校教育经验,在查阅了大量相关参考文献的基础上撰写此文,在文中详细的描述1+X证书制度内涵意义,探究1+X证书制度根本价值,提出全新的教学优化制度。

“1+X”certificate system,a new orientation of the development and reform of vocational education in China,catches the focus of vocational colleges and universities.In order to further promote the reform and develop・ment needs of Chinas education in the new era and cultivate all-round cutting-edge talents,the system is in line with the requirements of linking vocational education and posts in society.Also,it makes more space and time for vocational schools to choose education,formulates students*development strategies according to the needs of the market and creatively connects vocational education with social posts,which not only enriches vocational education,but also makes it more practical.Moreover,it stimulates students'interest in learning,improves the overall quality of vocational education and students'study,so that both benefit from the system.This paper,based on the author*s many years experience in vocational education and referring to materials,makes a detailed introduction to the connotation and significance of “1+X”certificate system,analyzes its fundamental value and puts forward a new optimized teaching system.
