高职院校深化评价模式改革的探索与实践--以陕西工业职业技术学院为例

Reforming Evaluation Model in Higher Vocational Colleges--A Case Study of Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute

高等职业教育已进入内涵建设的高质量发展阶段。传统性质的评价模式存在着评价手段单一化和指标零碎化、整体性缺乏和系统性不全等缺陷,无法体现高等职业教育的教育周期性和效果长远性,评价效度不高阻碍了高职教育的发展壮大:高职教育新的评价模式应坚持以人为本、回归教育原则,从培育人的角度出发构建整体性评价模式势在必行。以集聚优质职业教育资源、培养高素质技术技能人才、培养高水平师资队伍、锻炼高层次管理人才队伍四个维度进行重构,形成整体性的评价模式,凸显高职教育的类型特色,实现高职教育的高质量发展。

Higher vocational education has been in the high-quality development stage of connotation construction.However,the traditional evaluation model is rather?simplistic in means,fragmented in indicators,incomplete and?unsystematic,which fails to reflect the periodicity and long-term effect of higher vocational education and hinders its development and growth.Therefore,from the perspective of cultivating personnel,it is highly necessary to redesign an all-round evaluation model,which should adhere to the people-oriented principle and returning to education,from the aspects of collecting superior vocational education resources,cultivating high-quality techni・cal students,high-level teaching staff and top management personnel.The new model is?holistic and highlights the characteristics of higher vocational education and pushes it to a higher level.
