摘要
根据ZD6型转辙机主要组成部件减速器的使用现状,对ZD6型减速器摩擦联接器存在的问题进行了分析和研究,提出了一种盘式摩擦联接器的解决方案。介绍了盘式摩擦联接器的特点和工作原理,并对其试验测试情况进行了说明;对盘式摩擦联接器中关键零件摩擦片的寿命进行了估算;阐述了摩擦电流量化管理的思路;探讨了盘式摩擦联接器在快速转辙机上的应用。
According to the application status of the reducer,one of the main components of ZD6switch machine,the problems existing in the friction coupler of the switch machine are analyzed and studied and a disc friction coupler is designed.The characteristics and working principle of the disc friction coupler is introduced and its test is also described.Meanwhile,the lives of the key components of the disc friction coupler are estimated and the concept of the quantitative management of the friction current is expounded.In the end,the application of the disc friction coupler in the quick-acting switch machine is also discussed.
