摘要
基于对动车组高级修实际作业的全面调研,细化梳理了列控车载设备高级修作业管理流程,设计了列控车载设备高级修综合管理系统架构。针对高级修实际作业中的三大矛盾问题,采用了数据同步与充电全自动技术以及流程工序标准化技术。通过系统软件设计,实现了系统的管理终端和工位终端功能,提高了高级修检修作业的管理水平,具有良好的实用价值。
Based on a comprehensive investigation of the actual of higher level maintenance of EMU,the process of higher level maintenance operation management of onboard train control equipment is refined and sorted out and the architecture of the integrated higher level maintenance management system of onboard train control equipment is designed.Automatic data synchronization and charging technology and process standardization technology are adopted to cope with three major concerns in higher level maintenance operations.The software of the system is developed for the management terminals and working point terminals of the system,which improves the level of higher level maintenance operation management and has good practical value.
