摘要
针对CTCS3-300T列控车载设备MVB总线等线缆日常维护和故障处理中缺少有效测试手段的现状,研制MVB总线状态分析诊断装置。该装置包含多类型线缆接口、电气检测单元和智能分析诊断单元;综合应用自平衡电桥、机器学习数据分类等多种检测手段和智能算法,对不同线缆的物理和电气特性进行测试,并自动生成测试报告和诊断结果;具有功能强、测试效率高等特点,能够满足现场电缆故障处理需求。
In view of the lack of effective test mean in daily maintenance and fault treatment of MVB bus in the onboard CTCS3-300T train control equipment of EMU,a MVB bus state analysis and diagnosis device is developed,which include multiple cable ports,electrical detection unit,intelligent analysis and diagnosis unit.This device can be used to test the physical and electrical characteristics of different types of cables by comprehensively using intelligent algorithms and detection methods including self-balancing bridge and machine learning data classification,and generate test report and diagnosis conclusion automatically.This device is characteristic of powerful function and high efficiency and can meet the requirements of onsite cable troubleshooting.
