摘要
硅烷改性再生骨料可以有效提高再生骨料的使用性能,但由其成型的再生混凝土存在易剥离的缺陷。文中通过对比试验,研究在混凝土中同时使用硅烷改性再生骨料及聚羧酸减水剂对其工作性能和力学性能的影响。研究发现,随着聚羧酸减水剂掺量的提升,硅烷改性再生骨料成型混凝土的工作性能和力学性能有显著提升,且硅烷改性再生骨料成型混凝土易剥离的使用缺陷也随聚羧酸减水剂掺量的提升而有所改善。
Silane modified recycled aggregate can effectively improve the performance of recycled aggregate, but the recycled concrete formed by it has the defect of easy stripping. By the contrast tests, the effects of silane modified recycled aggregate and polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the working and mechanical properties of the concrete were studied. It was found that the working property and mechanical properties of regenerated silane reinforced aggregate concrete improved significantly with the increase of polycarboxylate superplasticizer admixture quantity. The defect of silane modified recycled aggregate forming concrete was improved with the increase of polycarboxylate superplasticizer admixture quantity.
