超高层办公楼的结构设计与分析

摘要 某塔楼房屋高度199.5m,采用钢框架—混凝土核心筒结构体系。文中选取YJK和SATWE对结构分别进行小震弹性对比分析,同时对结构进行弹性时程分析和中震分析,选取sausage对结构进行了大震弹塑性分析,分析结果均满足既定抗震性能目标。 The height of this tower building is 199.5m, and it adopts a steel frame-concrete core tube structure system. Select YJK and SATWE to carry out comparative analysis of small earthquake elasticity respectively, and at the same time carry out elastic time history analysis and medium earthquake analysis of the structure. The sausage is selected to carry out a large earthquake elastic-plastic analysis of the structure, and the analysis results all meet the established seismic performance objectives.
