Research on Waterproofing Construction Technology of Building Roof

建筑屋面防水渗漏的问题是建筑行业的常见问题,只能通过加强工程施工过程管理来解决,要提高屋面结构的合理性,甄选优质防水材料,合理应用施工技术,加强细部构造的施工管理,增强管理人员及操作人员责任意识。文中总结了屋面防水施工工艺,旨在为类似工程提供参考借鉴。

The problem of building roof waterproof leakage has always been a common problem in the construction industry, which can only be solved by strengthening the process management. In the process of construction, we should first improve the rationality of roof structure,select high-quality waterproof materials, reasonable application of construction technology, strengthen the construction management of detailed structure, enhance the responsibility consciousness of managers and operators. In order to provide reference for similar projects, the construction technology of roof waterproofing is summarized in this paper.
