Discussion on Cost Control of Construction Project

文中以泉州宾联汽车4S店A、B栋工程为例,指出该项目成本控制过程中所存在的问题,并提出将目标成本管理应用于项目建设的实际策略,对实际成本控制结果进行总结。

Taking Quanzhou Binlian automobile 4S shop A, B building project as an example, this paper points out the problems existing in the process of cost control of the project, and puts forward the practical strategy of applying target cost management to project construction,and summarizes the results of actual cost control.
