摘要
构建矿产资源勘查开发功能区有利于加强和优化矿产资源勘查、开发、保护和管控。以湖北省17个市(州、区)为评价单元,选取17种重要矿产开展全省矿产资源勘查开发功能区划。以资源安全、生态安全和经济社会安全为具体目标,以资源基础、开发条件、生态条件、区域发展需求为准则条件构建指标体系,识别出接替区、优化区、保障区、补给区和匮乏区等5类功能区,并对各功能区进行评价,为全省矿产资源总体规划和布局提供基础支撑。
The construction of mineral resources exploration and development functional zone is conducive to strengthening and optimizing the exploration,development,protection and control of mineral resources.Taking 17 cities(prefectures and districts)in Hubei Province as units,17 kinds of important mineral resources are selected to carry out the functional zoning of mineral resources exploration and development.Taking resource security,ecological security and economic&social security as the specific objectives,and taking resource basis,development conditions,ecological conditions and regional development needs as the criteria to build an index system,and identify five types of functional zones such as replacement zone,optimization zone,guarantee zone,supply zone and resource shortage zone.This paper evaluates different functional zones and provides basic support for the overall planning and layout of mineral resources in the province.
