摘要
目的了解内蒙古自治区2012—2019年艾滋病病毒感染者与艾滋病病例(HIV/AIDS)死亡分布特征以及相关死亡影响因素,为提高HIV/AIDS病例的预防干预工作水平提供理论基础。方法在全国艾滋病综合防治信息系统中收集现住址为内蒙古自治区且2012—2019年发生死亡的HIV/AIDS病例报告卡,应用SPSS 22软件对数据进行整理并分析,用Logistic回归分析影响因素。结果内蒙古自治区2012—2019年HIV/AIDS死亡病例共465例,以男性居多,424例(91.18%),集中于>29~49岁组,共229例(49.25%),以性传播为主,共440例(94.62%)。发生艾滋病相关死亡270例(58.06%),艾滋病无关死亡195例(41.94%)。Logistic回归分析发现基线CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞计数0~199个/μl(OR=8.633,95%CI:2.808~26.536)、200~500个/μl(OR=3.231,95%CI:1.185~8.809)与发生艾滋病相关死亡风险有关联。结论内蒙古自治区2012—2019年HIV/AIDS死亡病例以男性、性传播为主。积极掌握CD4;T淋巴细胞计数水平,可降低HIV/AIDS病例的死亡风险。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of HIV/AIDS deaths and related factors influencing in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2012 to 2019,and provide a theoretical basis for improving the level of prevention and intervention of HIV/AIDS cases.Methods We collected the HIV/AIDS case report cards with current address in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and deaths from 2012 to 2019 in the National AIDS Comprehensive Prevention and Control Information System.The data were organized and analyzed by SPSS 22 software,and the influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results From 2012 to 2019,there were 465 HIV/AIDS deaths in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,most of which were male 424(91.18%),concentrated in the>29-49 age group 229(49.25%),mainly sexually transmitted 440(94.62%).There were 270 AIDS-related deaths(58.06%)and 195 AIDS-unrelated deaths(41.94%).Logistic regression analysis found that the baseline CD4;T lymphocyte count of 0-199 cells/μl(OR=8.633,95%CI:2.808-26.536)and 200-500 cells/μl(OR=3.231,95%CI:1.185-8.809)were associated with the risk of AIDS-related death.Conclusion From 2012 to 2019,the majority of HIV/AIDS deaths in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are males and sexually transmitted.It is very important to master the level of CD4^(+)T lymphocyte count to reduce the risk of death in HIV/AIDS cases.
