摘要
某水厂目前安装厂区进水两块自来水水表,用以测量整个厂区水区和泥区的自来水用量。本次水表数据采集利用物联网及无线技术,实现比传统PLC采集少土方施工的技术方向,以“WAMP”为数据平台、“ESP8266MCU”为边缘计算核心及“LORA”为通讯载体定期发送数据给中心端,实现了以太阳能为能源,搭建的现场数据采集系统。数据保存方面,本次研究单独部署了一个开源“LAMP”系统,也就是使用“linux”作为操作系统,“Apache”网页服务,“Mysql”数据库,“PHP”服务应用。数据分析采“边缘计算”,即用物联网的特征“万物互联”,不同于传统工控控制端在PLC,物联网在物端有计算控制和通讯能力,发生在现场的数据采集数据分析处理和计算。根据运行情况给仪表端“Modbus RTU”从站供电,作为“Modbus RTU”主站采集从站数据,转换数据格式,并编写报文,启动“LORA”工作,并发送报文,最后关闭外部电源进入休眠模式完成整个采集流程计算,最后在数据访问端开发了基于CS的c#程序和基于BS架构的PHP服务。
Currently, totally 2 tap-water meters have being installed for measuring corresponding tap-water consumptions in Water Area and Mud Area in one water plant. And the water-meter data acquisition applied Internet of Things and relevant wireless technologies to establish the technical goal to achieve less earthwork construction than that in the traditional PLC acquisition. By separately taking WAMP as data platform, ESP8266MCU as edge computing core, as well as LORA as communication carrier to periodically transmit data to central terminal, one solar-energy-based site-data acquisition system was established. In terms of data storage, this research independently deployed an open source "LAMP" system by using "linux" as operating system, "Apache" as web service, Mysql as database and PHP as service application respectively. As for data analysis, "Edge Computing" was adopted therein. It can be said as "Internet of Everything" featured with Internet of Things, differing from those traditional industrial control terminals applied in PLCs. In addition, Internet of Things has strong calculation-control and communication capacities at object terminals, as well as on-site data collection, analysis, process and calculation abilities. In line with actual operation condition, constant electric power was supplied to the slave station of instrument terminal-"Modbus RTU" to the master station-"Modbus RTU" as all achieved data from slave stations and then converted into required data formats. After that, they were written into corresponding messages before starting "LORA" and sending messages accordingly. The external power was turn off to enter sleep mode to complete a series of calculations in the whole collection process. Finally, it successfully developed a perfect CS-based c# program and PHP-service-oriented BS architecture at the data access terminal.
