Study on the Path to Improve the Employment Quality of Engineering Graduates in Vocational Colleges

随着对工科类毕业生就业工作的日益关注,高职院校工科类毕业生就业质量的提升尤为突出。文章旨在结合工科类毕业生职业发展跟踪调查结果,分析高职院校工科类毕业生就业质量存在的问题,并探索构建提升就业质量的路径。

With the increasing attention to the employment of graduates,the improvement of the employment quality of engineering graduates in vocational colleges is particularly prominent.Combined with the results of the graduates’career development tracking survey,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the employment quality of engineering graduates in vocational colleges,and constructs the path to improve the employment quality.
