乡村振兴背景下内蒙古农村养老保障体系建设研究

Construction of Rural Old-age Security System in Inner Mongolia under the Background of Rural Revitalization

全面建设社会主义现代化强国,最艰巨最繁重的任务在农村,确保农民老有所养是我国面临的主要社会现实问题,农民养老保障事关社会稳定和国家发展。近年来,内蒙古农村社会养老保障体系建设取得了很大成就,但也存在许多亟待解决的现实性矛盾和问题,文章立足内蒙古农村牧区社会发展实际,从实践对策角度对农村养老保障体系建设的困局进行了学理分析,并就破解之策提出了建议。

The most arduous and onerous task in building a great modern socialist country comprehensively lies in rural areas.Ensuring that farmers are provided for in their old age is a major social problem in China,and old-age security for farmers bears on social stability and national development.In recent years,Inner Mongolia rural social old-age security system construction has made great achievements,but there are many realistic contradictions and problems to be solved.Based on the actual conditions of social development of the agricultural and pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia,the paper analyzes the predicament from the perspective of practical countermeasures,and puts forward some suggestions.
