扶阳起痿汤治疗肾阳虚型阳痿临床观察

Clinical Observation on Fuyang Qiwei Decoction in Treating Impotence of Deficiency of Kidney Yang Type

目的观察扶阳起痿汤治疗肾阳虚型阳痿的临床疗效。方法将126例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例,分别给予扶阳起痿汤和右归胶囊治疗4周。将2组治疗后的总有效率、IIEF-5积分和EQS积分纳入分析。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为91.67%,对照组的总有效率为77.97%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后IIEF-5积分和EQS积分对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶阳起痿汤治疗肾阳虚型阳痿具有较好的临床疗效,可临床借鉴。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyang Qiwei decoction in treating impotence patients with deficiency of kidney yang type.Methods 126 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 63 cases in each,and were given Fuyang Qiwei decoction and Yougui capsule for 4 weeks respectively.The total effective rate,IIEF-5 score and EQS score of the two groups after treatment were included in the analysis.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 77.97%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IIEF-5 score and EQS score of the two groups were compared after treatment,and they were also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyang Qiwei decoction has a good clinical effect in treating impotence of deficiency of kidney yang type,which can be used for clinical reference.
