自拟中药方治疗妊娠期外寒内热型感冒临床观察

Observation on the Clinical of Self-made Chinese Medicine for Oral Administration in the Treatment of Cold of External Cold and Endogenous Heat Cold Type during Pregnancy

目的分析对妊娠期外寒内热型感冒采取自拟中药口服治疗的效果。方法研究对象为60例妊娠期外寒内热型感冒器患者,由随机方式,均等分配至对照组、观察组。依据患者临床症状,对对照组患者采取对症干预方式进行治疗,对观察组采取自拟中药进行辨证口服治疗。治疗完成后,依据临床治疗效果进行统计分析,并对比中医证候积分。结果治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分更低,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;与对照组比较,观察组治愈率更高;药物治疗过程中,所有患者均无阴道出血、腹痛及腹泻表现,且均具有较好的妊娠结局。结论妊娠期外寒内热型感冒,应用自拟中药口服进行辨证治疗,临床疗效较好,无不良反应,在临床可广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of self-made Chinese medicine for oral administration in the treatment of cold of external cold and endogenous heat cold type during pregnancy.Methods 60 pregnant women with cold of external cold and endogenous heat cold type were randomly divided into control group and observation group.According to the clinical symptoms of patients,the control group was treated with symptomatic intervention,and the observation group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine.After treatment,statistical analysis was carried out according to the clinical treatment effect,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score was carried out to analyze the treatment results.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower,and the difference was larger(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the cure rate of the observation group was higher.In the course of drug treatment,all patients had no vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain and diarrhea,and had good pregnancy outcomes.Conclusion Self-made Chinese medicine for oral administration in the treatment of cold of external cold and endogenous heat cold type during pregnancy has good clinical effect and no adverse reactions,which can be widely used in clinic.
