牵引状态下针刺夹脊穴治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture at Jiaji Acupoint on Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy under Traction

目的研究牵引状态下针刺夹脊穴对神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月—2020年4月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组予以非同步牵引状态下针刺相应的夹脊穴治疗,观察组给予牵引状态下同时针刺相应的夹脊穴治疗。2组患者均连续治疗7 d。观察并比较2组治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后颈椎功能及血清IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平。结果观察组总有效率为82.50%,高于对照组的62.50%;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者PRI、NDI、VAS分值及血清IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论牵引状态下针刺夹脊穴可缓解神经根型颈椎病患者临床症状,改善患者颈椎功能,同时降低血清IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平,抑制机体炎症反应,加快病情恢复。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy under traction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture at the corresponding Jiaji point under non-synchronous traction,and patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture at the corresponding Jiaji point under traction.Both groups were treated for 7 d.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared after treatment,cervical vertebra function and serum levels of IL-1β,TNF-αand IL-6 were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 82.50%,which was higher than 62.5%of the control group.Compared with those before treatment,the scores of PRI,NDI,VAS and the levels of serum IL-1β,TNF-αand IL-6 decreased in both groups after treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Jiaji point under traction can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,improve cervical function,reduce the levels of serum IL-1β,TNF-αand IL-6,inhibit the inflammatory reaction and speed up the recovery of the disease.
