护理专业学生实习前心理状态现状调查与分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查护理专业学生实习前的心理状态,分析危险因素并提出应对策略。方法以江西中医药大学护理专业2017级全体学生为研究对象,采用问卷、量表调查251名本科生实习前的心理状态,分析统计影响学生心理状态的相关因素,并以此为依据提出应对策略。结果251名本科生症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分与常模评分相比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);经焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估,251名本科生评分为(53.2±2.5)分,家人是否从事医疗、是否接触过临床、是否喜欢护士职业、对就业前景不同态度学生SAS评分≥50分占比对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析显示,家人未从事医疗、自身未接触过临床、不喜欢护士职业、对就业前景态度悲观是实习前护理专业学生焦虑情绪的危险因素。结论护理专业学生实习前存在一定程度的心理压力,学校应采取积极的应对措施帮助学生缓解心理压力,帮助学生平稳进入临床实习阶段。 Objective To investigate the psychological state of nursing students before practice,and to analyze risk factors and put forward coping strategies.Methods Taking all nursing students of grade 2017 in our university as the research objects,251 undergraduate students’psychological state before internship were investigated by questionnaires and scales,and the related factors influencing the students’psychological state were analyzed and statistically analyzed,and the coping strategies were put forward on this basis.Results The scores of 251 undergraduates SCL-90(Symptom Checklist)were significantly different from those of norm(P<0.05).By SAS(self-rating anxiety scale),251 undergraduate students(53.2±2.5),Whether the family is engaged in medical treatment,whether has been exposed to clinical,whether likes the nurse profession,the employment prospect different attitude student SAS the score≥50 points to have the difference(P<0.05).By Logistic regression analysis,no family members engaged in medical treatment,the students never contact with clinical,don’t like nurse occupation,pessimistic about employment prospects,are risk factors affecting the anxiety state of nursing students before practice.Conclusion Nursing students have a certain degree of psychological pressure before practice,university management should take positive measures to help students relieve psychological pressure and help students smoothly enter the hospital internship stage.
