Research and Application of Key Roles in Smart Supply Chain Based on Big Data

供应链管理能力已成为现代企业的核心竞争力之一,寻源采购活动作为供应链管理中重要一环对企业经营发展影响重大,需要强化管理重点关注,避免合规风险和供应风险。大数据画像技术是一项新型的企业管理手段,是将大数据分析和画像技术与供应链管理融合,未来将成为供应链管理的发展趋势。供应链管理包括采购管理和仓储物流两个方面,文章范围聚焦在供应链管理中的采购寻源阶段。在采购寻源阶段企业采购部门的采购经理、企业评审专家库内的评审专家、合作供应商、招标代理机构及其项目经理等五个角色,是影响采购活动质量和效率的关键角色。文章以五个关键角色为研究对象,对影响五个角色评价的指标进行全面梳理,结合公司信息化平台数据现状,构建了各角色综合评价模型,开发采购流程五大关键角色多维度画像功能并投入实际应用,推动公司供应链管理水平不断提升。

Supply chain management capability has become one of the core competitiveness of modern enterprises.Sourcing procurement,as an important part of supply chain management,has a significant effect on the operation and development of enterprises.It is necessary in order to strengthen management and focus on avoiding compliance risk and supply risk.Big data portrait technology is a new enterprise management means,which integrates big data analysis and portrait technology with supply chain management.It will become the development trend of supply chain management in the future.Supply chain management includes procurement management and warehousing logistics.The research scope of this paper focuses on the procurement sourcing stage of supply chain management.In the procurement sourcing stage,purchasing manager,review experts,suppliers,bidding agencies and their project managers are the main roles that affect the quality and efficiency of procurement activities.Taking the five key roles as the research object,this paper comprehensively combs the indicators affecting the evaluation of the five roles,constructs the comprehensive evaluation model of each role in combination with the data status of the company s information platform,develops the multi-dimensional portrait function of the five key roles in the procurement process and puts it into practical application,so as to promote the continuous improvement of the company s supply chain management level.
