摘要 结合我国烯烃行业碳排放情况和特点、估算了烯烃行业碳排放总量;研究了碳达峰、碳中和背景下烯烃行业的竞争格局变化趋势;重点分析了蒸汽裂解和煤制烯烃两大工艺减碳的技术方向,以及碳达峰、碳中和阶段具有可操作性的实施路径;介绍了碳达峰、碳中和背景下其他新兴烯烃生产工艺路线的发展机会。 The path to achieve carbon peak and neutrality in the olefin industry is analyzed in this article. The energy consumption and carbon emission characteristics of current major olefin production process routes in China, such as steam cracking, coal/methanol to olefins, and PDH, are analyzed, and the total carbon emissions of the industry are estimated. The trend of the competitive landscape of the olefin industry under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality is analyzed. The focus is on the technical direction of energy saving and carbon reduction in the steam cracking and coal-to-olefins process routes, as well as the feasible implementation paths during the carbon peak and neutrality stages. Other emerging olefin production process routes under the background of carbon peak and neutrality are introduced.
