Ideas for Improvement of Environmental Protection in Chemical Parks Under the New Situationt

针对我国化工园区存在的环保问题,提出了新形势下化工园区环保整治提升思路:一是要健全化工园区绿色低碳发展生产体系;二是要多空间尺度优化化工园区布局;三是要以技术和理念创新迎接挑战:包括实践嵌入式污水处理厂,推广全水系统,谋划三废综合治理中心,强化危险废物处置信息化、精细化和资源化,推进第三方治理,搭建纵向嵌入、横向集成优化、高水平运行的环保基础设施等。同时,还提出了园区要积极实施碳达峰、碳中和的愿景目标,促进我国化工园区的高质量发展。

Under the new situation, the development factors of the petrochemical and chemical industries are obviously restricted,and the task of green development is arduous. In view of the environmental protection problems in the chemical park, it is proposed to improve the environmental protection management level of the chemical park by improving the production system of green and lowcarbon circular development and optimizing the layout of multiple spatial scales. Practice embedded sewage treatment plants,promote the whole water system, plan a comprehensive treatment center for three wastes, strengthen the informatization,refinement and resource utilization of hazardous waste disposal, promote third-party governance, and build an environmental protection foundation for vertical embedding, horizontal integration optimization, and high-level operation Facilities, actively respond to carbon peak carbon neutrality, and meet challenges with technological and conceptual innovation.
