还原型谷胱甘肽治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤的效果

Effect of reduced glutathione in the treatment of sepsis acute kidney injury

目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤患者的效果。方法选择2018年6月至2020年6月上海中医药大学附属第七人民医院急诊科重症监护室收治的脓毒症急性肾损伤患者72例。按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用还原型谷胱甘肽注射液治疗。观察两组肾损伤标志物及丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(TAOC)水平的变化。结果治疗后两组血肌酐(Scr)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)及血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(sNGAL)均低于治疗前,且观察组Cys-C、sNGAL低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组MDA低于治疗前,TAOC高于治疗前,且观察组MDA低于对照组,TAOC高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽可以提升机体抗氧化能力,促进脓毒症急性肾损伤患者肾损伤的恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione in the treatment of patients with sepsis acute kidney injury.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,72 patients with sepsis acute kidney injury treated in the intensive care unit of the Department of Emergency in Seventh People’s Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with reduced glutathione injection on the basis of the control group.The changes of markers of kidney injury,malondialdehyde(MDA),and total antioxidant capacity(TAOC)in both groups were observed.Results After treatment,serum creatinine(Scr),Cystatin C(Cys-C),and serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(sNGAL)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,Cys-C and sNGAL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MDA in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and TAOC was higher than that before treatment,and MDA in observation group was lower than that in control group,and TAOC in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione can improve the antioxidant capacity of the body,and promote the recovery of patients with sepsis acute kidney injury.
