基于问题导向的健康教育对提高老年冠心病心绞痛患者自我管理能力、负性情绪及生活质量的影响 被引量:20

Effects of problem-oriented health education on improving self-management ability,negative emotion,and quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

摘要 目的探讨基于问题导向的健康教育对提高老年冠心病心绞痛患者自我管理能力、负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取辽宁省人民医院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者100例,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上加用以问题为导向的健康教育。比较两组干预后自我管理能力及负性情绪,心绞痛情况与生活质量的评估,并记录患者的治疗依从性。结果干预后,两组管理能力评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组负性情绪评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于问题导向的健康教育对提高老年冠心病心绞痛患者自我管理能力、负性情绪及生活质量方面能够起到很好的效果,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of problem-oriented health education on improving self-management ability,negative emotion,and quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected,and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given problem-oriented health education on this basis,self-management ability,negative emotion,angina pectoris,and quality of life were compared between the two groups after intervention,and treatment compliance was recorded.Results After intervention,the scores of management ability in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the negative emotion scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had better treatment compliance than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Problem-oriented health education can improve self-management ability,negative emotion,and life quality of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,which is worth promoting.
