摘要
食管癌是一种在全世界范围内常见的恶性肿瘤。由于食管癌缺乏特异性的肿瘤标志物,难以及时有效地监测肿瘤的发生发展、耐药的发生及有效的评估预后,致使临床治疗效果不佳。许多研究表明,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是功能基因组元件,可以在多个水平上发挥作用。近年来发现多种lncRNA在食管癌中异常表达,这些异常表达的lncRNA在食管癌发生发展的过程中发挥促癌或抑癌作用,并与食管癌的治疗耐药、预后等密切相关,lncRNA有望成为新的诊断或治疗的生物靶点。
Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor all over the world.Due to the lack of specific tumor markers for esophageal cancer,it is difficult to timely and effectively monitor the occurrence and development of tumor,the occurrence of drug resistance and the effective evaluation of prognosis,resulting in poor clinical treatment effect.Many studies have shown that long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a functional genomic element,which can play roles at multiple levels.In recent years,a variety of lncRNA have been found to be abnormally expressed in esophageal cancer.These abnormally expressed lncRNA can promote or inhibit cancer in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer,and are closely related to drug resistance and prognosis of esophageal cancer.lncRNA is expected to become new biological targets for diagnosis or treatment.
