目标学习法联合案例教学法在呼吸重症监护病房护士实习生带教中的应用效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨呼吸重症监护病房(RICU)护士实习生带教中应用目标学习法联合案例教学法(CBL)的效果。方法选择2018年3月至2021年3月江苏省人民医院RICU护士实习生100名,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各50名。对照组采用CBL教学,观察组采用目标学习法联合CBL教学,且均实习4周。比较两组出科成绩、对教学方法的认可情况及教学满意度。结果观察组案例分析、操作成绩、主观题评分及客观题评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组提升判定性思维能力、拓宽知识面、提升自学能力、明确学习目标及全面掌握知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标学习法联合CBL教学可提升RICU护士实习生出科成绩及对教学方法的认可,提高教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of target learning method combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the teaching of nurse interns in respiratory intensive care unit(RICU).Methods A total of 100 nurse interns in RICU of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given CBL teaching,and the observation group was given target learning method combined with CBL teaching,and both were practiced for four weeks.The graduation scores,recognition of teaching methods,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of case-based learning,operation performance,subjective question,and objective question of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with a statistical significant differences(P<0.05);the scores of improving critical thinking ability,broadening knowledge,improving self-study ability,clarifying learning objectives,and comprehensively mastering knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of teaching of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Target learning method combined with CBL teaching can improve the graduation performance and recognition of teaching methods of nurse interns in RICU,and improve teaching satisfaction.
