不同静脉留置针固定方式在产程中的应用效果比较

Effect comparison of different fixation methods of venous indwelling needle during labor

目的比较不同静脉留置针固定方式在产程中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至12月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的80例分娩产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组产妇静脉留置针固定方式采用“表带式”固定,而对照组产妇采用多圈缠绕式固定。比较两组的不良事件总发生率和对静脉留置针固定方式的总满意率。结果观察组产妇的不良事件总发生率(7.5%)低于对照组(30.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇对静脉留置针固定方式的总满意率(97.5%)高于对照组(82.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产妇产程中,静脉留置针采用“表带式”固定方式比多圈缠绕式固定的效果更好,减少了不良事件发生,提高了产妇的满意度。

Objective To compare the effect of different fixation methods of venous indwelling needle during labor.Methods A total of 80 cases of parturient women admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was fixed with"watchband"fixation,while the control group was fixed with multi-loop winding.The total incidence of adverse events and the total satisfaction rate of intravenous indwelling needle fixation were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group(7.5%)was lower than that in the control group(30.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of intravenous indwelling needle fixation in the observation group(97.5%)was higher than that in the control group(82.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During labor,the effect of"watchband"fixation of intravenous indwelling needle is better than that of multi-loop winding fixation,which reduces the occurrence of adverse events and improves the satisfaction of puerpera.
