中国式现代化历经艰难起步、初步探索、正式开辟与深化拓展四个阶段。中国共产党在中华民族面临生死存亡的关键时刻,在中国现代化遭遇重大挫折的时候走上历史舞台,开启了中国式现代化不可逆转的新征程,为建设中国特色社会主义和新时代的中国式现代化提供了宝贵经验、理论准备、物质基础。遵循历史逻辑科学总结我们党关于社会主义现代化建设的宝贵经验、深化拓展建设社会主义现代化强国的科学内涵,明确实现这一目标的路径选择、重要原则、战略安排,是引领我们实现第二个百年奋斗目标的科学指南和行动纲领。中国共产党百年史不仅是为中华民族伟大复兴而奋斗的历史,也是为实现中国式现代化而奋斗的历史。

Chinese path to modernization has gone through four stages: starting with difficulty, preliminary exploration, formal development and deepening expansion. The Communist Party of China stepped onto the stage of history when the Chinese nation faced a critical moment of life and death, when China’s modernization encountered major setbacks, and started an irreversible new journey of Chinese path to modernization, providing valuable experience, theoretical preparation, and material basis for socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Chinese path to modernization in the new era. Following the historical logic and scientifically summarizing our Party’s valuable experience on socialist modernization, deepening and expanding the scientific connotation of building a powerful modern socialist country, and clarifying the path selection, important principles, and strategic arrangements are the scientific guide and action plan leading us to achieve the second centenary goal. The 100-year history of the Communist Party of China is not only a history of striving for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, but also a history of striving for Chinese path to modernization.
