摘要
传统的连续性技术创新理论在解释后发经济体技术追赶方面经常遭遇困境。非连续性技术创新作为技术演进过程中的另一种表现形式,在经济全球化与创新全球化日益强化的大背景下,在解决发展中国家面临的技术封锁、跨越式发展及国家间竞争等问题上发挥的重要作用越发明显,并深刻影响国家创新发展战略与相关政策制定。本文在梳理非连续性技术创新理论概念界定与表现形式基础上,系统介绍了该理论的演进脉络与主要研究内容,并对其实际应用价值与未来发展方向进行评述与展望。
The traditional theory of continuous technological innovation often encounters difficulties in explaining the technological catch-up of latecomer economies.As another form of expression in the process of technological evolution,the discontinuous technological innovation plays an increasingly important role in solving the problems of technological blockade,leapfrog development and inter-country competition faced by developing countries in the context of increasingly strengthened economic globalization and innovation’s globalization,and has a profound impact on national innovation development strategy and related policy formulation.On the basis of combing the definition and manifestation of discontinuous technology innovation theory,this paper systematically introduces the evolution and basic contents of this theory,and finally reviews and prospects the value of its practical application value and future development direction.
