摘要
胃癌是我国最常见的消化道肿瘤,治疗效果欠佳。已发现的RNA修饰方式超过150种,而m^(6)A的动态修饰是RNA修饰中丰度最高的方式。m^(6)A修饰在RNA代谢中扮演重要角色,且参与到细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡等多种生物学过程中。在胃癌的发生发展中m^(6)A修饰失衡也发挥重要作用,深入研究胃癌的分子机制能为胃癌的治疗提供新的策略。
Gastric cancer is the most common gastrointestinal tumor in China,and its therapeutic effect is not good.More than 150 kinds of RNA modifications have been discovered,and the dynamic modification of m^(6)A is the most abundant one in RNA modification.m^(6)A modification plays an important role in RNA metabolism and is involved in many biological processes such as cell proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis.m^(6)A modification imbalance also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,in-depth study of the molecular mechanism of gastric cancer can provide a new strategy for the treatment of gastric cancer.
