ICU患者呼吸机相关性肺炎护理研究热点的数据挖掘

Data mining of nursing research hotspots of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU

目的对国内ICU患者呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的护理研究文献进行数据挖掘,探究其研究热点。方法运用CiteSpace软件对中国知网自建库至2021年10月1日的所有VAP护理文献进行分析,时间分区为2年节点,类型为机构、作者及关键词,连接强度为Cosine,由最小生成树算法生成可视化知识图谱。结果目前国内VAP护理研究文献共计2417篇,发文量最多的机构为郑州大学第一附属医院,共有32篇研究得到了基金资助,中国医科大学附属盛京医院张尧合作发文量最大,刊登VAP护理研究论文最多的期刊为《世界最新医学信息文摘》,研究热点为VAP集束化护理、口腔护理、危险因素。结论VAP的发病率及死亡率均较高,且会大幅增加医疗费用与住院时间,在积极治疗的同时进行有效的护理措施弥足重要。

Objective To conduct data mining was performed on nursing literature of ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP)in ICU patients in China,explore its research hotspots.Methods CiteSpace software was used to analyze all VAP nursing literature of China HowNet from the establishment of the database to October 1,2021.The time was divided into 2-year nodes,the types were institutions,authors,and keywords,the connection strength was Cosine,and the visual knowledge map was generated by the minimum spanning tree algorithm.Results At present,there were 2417 VAP nursing research literatures in China,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University had the largest number of papers,and a total of 32 studies have been supported by the fund.Zhang Yao of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University had the largest number of papers,the journal with the largest number of VAP nursing research papers was World Latest Medical Information Abstracts.The research hotspots are VAP cluster nursing,oral nursing risk factors.Conclusion The morbidity and mortality of VAP are high,and will greatly increase the medical cost and the length of hospital stay,so it is important to carry out effective nursing measures while actively treating VAP.
