立井植筋井壁结构力学性能的数值模型试验研究

摘要 随着金属矿山立井井筒凿井深度不断增加,对于井壁的设计理论的研究日趋重要。本研究从深立井井壁设计理论存在的局限性和未来发展趋势出发,提出了开发“植筋井壁”技术、发展“加固类井壁”和丰富“广义井壁”概念的意义与必要性;确立了植筋井壁设计的力学模型,并提出了植筋井壁等效剪切模量的分析方法,从而完善了“包神”设计公式对于广义井壁的适用条件。采用数值模型方法,开展了三因素四水平的正交试验,分析了植筋直径、植筋数量和植筋长度三因素对植筋井壁等效刚度的影响规律,获得了相应经验表达式,为植筋井壁的设计和应用提供了理论基础。此外还研究了植筋下倾角对植筋井壁整体等效刚度的影响,得出下倾角度越大对井壁刚度的提高越不利的结论,说明了植筋钻孔保持水平对井壁刚度的重要性。本研究数值模型试验成果为深井“植筋井壁”技术开发和进一步应用奠定了基础。 With the increasing depth of shaft sinking in metal mine,the research on the design theory of shaft wall is becoming more and more important. Based on the limitations and future development trend of the design theory of deep vertical shaft lining,this paper puts forward the significance and necessity of developing the technology of " planting steel bar shaft wall",developing " strengthening shaft wall" and enriching the concept of " generalized shaft wall". The mechanical model of steel bar shaft wall design is established,and the analysis method of equivalent shear modulus of steel bar shaft wall is put forward,thus the applicable conditions of " Bao Shen" design formula for generalized shaft wall are improved. By using the method of numerical model,the orthogonal test with three factors and four levels is carried out,the influence rule of diameter,number and length of planted steel bar on the equivalent stiffness of steel bar planted shaft wall is analyzed,and the corresponding empirical expression is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and application of steel bar planting sidewall. In addition,the influence of the dip angle of the steel bar on the overall equivalent stiffness of the shaft wall is also studied,and it is concluded that the larger the inclination angle is,the more disadvantageous it is to the improvement of the shaft wall stiffness,indicating the importance of keeping the level of the steel bar drilling hole to the shaft wall stiffness. The numerical model test results in this paper lay a foundation for the development and further application of the technology of " planting steel bar sidewall" in deep wells.
