摘要 采矿环境复杂化程度的提高促进着注浆材料的发展。为了研究拌合水温度和不同类型的硫酸盐溶液对硫铝酸盐水泥(CSA)注浆材料性能和水化产物的影响,测定了材料的凝结时间、水化热、质量损失和强度劣化等性能指标,并通过TG-DTA、XRD和SEM对材料的水化过程、水化产物、腐蚀产物和微观结构等进行了分析。研究结果表明:拌合水温对材料的凝结时间和水化热影响较大,水温越高,凝结时间越短,水化速率越快,水化热温度越高;拌合水温越高,早期强度越高,但是后期强度越低;硫酸盐溶液会降低CSA材料的质量和强度,材料劣化率在硫酸镁溶液中最大,复合溶液次之,硫酸钠溶液中最小;拌合水温主要影响材料水化速率、水化产物形态、数量和结构致密性,而不影响水化产物类型;硫酸盐溶液侵蚀主要是将CSA主要水化产物钙钒石(AFt)晶体腐蚀为不具粘结性的腐蚀产物。上述研究成果能为CSA注浆材料性能提升和应用范围推广提供理论指导。 The improvement of mining environment complexity promotes the development of grouting materials. In order to study the influence of mixing water temperature and different types of sulfate solution on the properties and hydration products of sulphoaluminate cement(CSA) grouting materials,the setting time,hydration heat,mass loss and strength deterioration of the materials were measured. The hydration process,hydration products,corrosion products and microstructure of the materials were analyzed by TG-DTA,XRD and SEM. The results show that the mixing water temperature has a great influence on the condensation time and hydration heat. The higher the water temperature is,the shorter the condensation time,the faster the hydration rate and the higher the hydration heat temperature. The higher the mixing water temperature,the higher the early strength,but the lower the late strength. Sulfate solution can reduce the quality and strength of CSA materials,and the material deterioration rate is the highest in magnesium sulfate solution,followed by composite solution,and the lowest in sodium sulfate solution. The hydration rate,morphology,quantity and structure compactness of hydration products were mainly affected by mixing temperature,but the type of hydration products was not affected. Sulfate solution erosion mainly corrodes AFt crystals,the main hydration product of CSA,into non-cohesive corrosion products. The above research results can provide theoretical guidance for the performance improvement and application of CSA grouting materials.
