露天煤矿高台阶稳定性分析方法及加固治理措施研究

摘要 为探究露天煤矿高台阶片帮稳定性分析方法及加固治理措施,选取黑岱沟露天煤矿高台阶为工程背景,综合运用地质勘查、理论分析、室内试验、数值模拟等手段方法,分析高台阶潜在破坏模式,建立考虑张拉—剪切渐进破坏的稳定性分析方法,阐明张拉裂缝位置及深度对高台阶稳定性的影响,并提出合理的注浆加固治理措施。研究结果表明:黑岱沟露天煤矿高台阶潜在破坏模式为张拉—剪切共同构成的组合破坏,当张拉裂缝距离坡肩点5~16 m,并发展至一定深度时建议采取注浆加固治理措施,对应的注浆高度为1.4~3.5 m,通过注浆加固的手段可降低张拉裂缝对高台阶稳定性的影响程度,显著提升高台阶稳定性。 In order to explore stability analysis method and reinforcement measures of high-step in the open-pit coal mine,this paper selects the bottom high steps in Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine as engineering background,using geological surveys,theoretical analysis,laboratory tests,numerical simulations and other methods to analyze potential failure modes of high steps,and establishes a stability analysis method considering tension-shear progressive failure,clarifies the influence of tension crack position and depth on high steps stability and proposes reasonable grouting reinforcement treatment measures. The results show that the potential failure mode of the high steps in Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine is combined failure of tension and shear,it is recommended to adopt grouting reinforcement treatment measures when the tension crack is 5~16 m away from the slope shoulder and develops to a certain depth,and the corresponding grouting height is 1. 4~ 3. 5 m. It can reduce the influence of tensile cracks on high steps stability and significantly improve high steps stability through grouting reinforcement treatment measures.
