养殖密度对乌江中华倒刺鲃仔鱼摄食、生长和存活率的影响

Effects of Different Culture Densities on Feeding,Growth and Survival of Spinibarbus Sinensis Larvae in Wujiang River

在实验室水族箱环境条件下,对不同养殖密度下乌江中华倒刺鲃仔鱼的摄食、生长和存活情况进行了比较。结果显示,养殖密度对中华倒刺鲃仔鱼的摄食、生长和存活都有明显的影响。试验结束时,各试验组的摄食强度、饵料系数、存活率、全长、体质量以及特定生长率均随养殖密度的增加呈下降趋势。提出,在实际苗种生产中,在充分利用养殖空间和培育条件的基础上,合理的放养密度,能有效促进仔鱼摄食和生长并提高仔鱼成活率。

The feeding, growth and survival of Spinibarbus sinensis larvae in Wujiang River under different culture densities were compared under the laboratory conditions of water cluster box. The results showed that the culture density had a significant effect on the feeding, growth and survival of Spinibarbus sinensis larvae. At the end of the experiment, the changes of feeding intensity, feed coefficient, survival rate, total length, body weight and specific growth rate of each treatment group decreased with the increases of breeding density. In the actual seedling production, on the basis of making full use of the breeding space and cultivation conditions, appropriate stocking density of larvae can effectively improve their feeding, growth and survival.
